Emotional Support Group: Caring for You and Me

Activity description
This event focused on understanding emotions. Through interactive games and workshops, participants learned to easily identify and express their feelings while also discovering how to encourage others. The positive interactions among peers helped alleviate psychological stress.
Activity highlight
Four interactive booths were set up to encourage students to explore their emotions through games, sorting activities, role-playing, and creative writing. Participants completed tasks at each booth to collect stamps, which could be exchanged for a small snack gift. This approach combined learning with fun, promoting mental health awareness in a relaxed environment.
Committee members highlighted that the emotion-matching booth was especially impactful, as it enabled students to understand the diversity of emotions and learn how to express and care for the feelings of those around them.

Purpose behind this activity
Emotions are something everyone experiences, so there's no need to fear discussing them. The committee encourages everyone to share their feelings and learn how to support those around them. Together, we aim to create a mental health-friendly environment with mutual support and trust ❤️ on campus, making it easier to speak up. Most importantly, please remember "you are not alone".
